Daniel was trained in a renowned international firm Baker & Mckenzie in late 1980s before he first set up Or & Company in 1992.  Daniel is now the founder and senior partner of Or & Partners.

Dr. Hugo Chan has developed and maintained strong personal and commercial relationships with people, corporations, and governments throughout his 40 years of legal practice in Hong Kong and China.

Christie is a commercial litigator and focuses her practice on construction and engineering matters. She has significant experience in litigation and arbitration as well as various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.

Ms. Yu holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University, Australia. Ms. Yu has over 35 years of experience as a lawyer in both the private and public sectors.

Ruby graduated from the University of Birmingham in 1987 with a LLB (Hons).  She took the Solicitors’ Final Exams in England in 1988 and was awarded a First Class Honour. 

Born in Hong Kong and fluent in both English and Cantonese, Oliver graduated in law at The University Of Wales in the United Kingdom.
